Description

Pick-up:

Our professional will collect your items within the selected booking time.
The arrival window is 2 hours; you can leave your items at the door for collection.
You can fit up to 15 home linen items in the bag. For more than 15 items, opt for a medium bag.
Items not included in the bag: Suits, Abayas, Jackets, Kanduras, and delicate items meant for dry cleaning.
Duvets are not included in the bag offer and will be charged separately.
The service does not include ironing.

Inspection and Counting:

We thoroughly inspect and count all items to ensure they match booking details.
Booking details may be adjusted to match the items and services.
Our team will contact you if any defects are found or if the selected washing mode is unsuitable.

Cleaning:

Linens are processed separately, ensuring hygiene.
Items are washed according to their labels.

Quality Check:

Cleaned and folded linens undergo a final quality check and are reprocessed if needed.
Items are grouped as per booking details and prepared for dispatch.

Delivery:

Fresh, clean and folded linens will be delivered within 48 hours.
Some items may take longer due to prolonged drying time.

What is our delivery fee?

Pick-up and delivery are free of charge.

Is there a minimum charge?

Yes, our minimum order total is AED 39.

What if an item is misplaced or damaged?

In rare cases of damage or loss, we will compensate up to 10 times the laundry charge, provided the concern is raised within 24 hours of delivery. The laundry reserves the right to keep compensated items.

What if an item isn’t mentioned in the service list?

We can launder and dry clean any item with the care it requires. If the item’s price isn’t listed, our team will contact you to confirm the price before processing.
