Know This Before You Book:

• Furniture may remain damp for up to 12 hours after cleaning.
• Drying time depends on fabric type & ventilation in the area.
• While we take great care in cleaning your mattress, please note that some very stubborn stains, such as wine, pet stains, coffee, blood, oil, paint, dye bleeding, or pre-existing damage, may be difficult to fully remove.
• Our specialists will advise if cleaning methods are unsuitable for certain stains or fabrics.
• Please cover items that aren’t part of the service or can’t be cleaned, as we can’t be responsible for any residue.
