• Curtains may remain damp for up to 12 hours depending on fabric & ventilation.
• Our team will guide you if any methods aren’t ideal for your curtain type.
• A set of curtains is considered two pieces. Please measure full fabric length end-to-end (not frame size).
• Please note that while we strive for a thorough clean, we may not be able to fully remove tough stains like wine, pet stains, coffee, blood, oil, paint, dye bleeding, or pre-existing damage.
• Please cover items that aren’t part of the service or can’t be cleaned, as we can’t be responsible for any residue.
