Pick-up:

Our professional will collect your items within the selected booking time.
The arrival window is 2 hours; you can leave your items at the door for collection.
You can fit up to 20 clothing items in the bag. For more than 20 items, opt for a large bag.
Items not included in the bag: Suits, Abayas, Jackets, Kanduras, and delicate items meant for dry cleaning.

Inspection and Counting:

We thoroughly inspect and count all items to ensure they match booking details.
Booking details may be adjusted to match the items and services.
Our team will contact you if any defects are found or if the selected washing mode is unsuitable.

Ironing:

Clothes are processed separately, ensuring hygiene.
All clothes are steam ironed at 180–220° Celsius to remove creases and protect from bacteria.

Quality Check:

Ironed items undergo a final quality check and are reprocessed if needed.
Items are grouped as per booking details and prepared for dispatch.

Delivery:

Crisp ironed clothes will be delivered within 48 hours.
Ironed clothes will be delivered on hangers.

What is our delivery fee?

Pick-up and delivery are free of charge.

Is there a minimum charge?

Yes, our minimum order total is AED 39.

What if an item is misplaced or damaged?

In rare cases of damage or loss, we will compensate up to 10 times the laundry charge, provided the concern is raised within 24 hours of delivery. The laundry reserves the right to keep compensated items.

What if an item isn’t mentioned in the service list?

We can launder and dry clean any item with the care it requires. If the item’s price isn’t listed, our team will contact you to confirm the price before processing.c
