What’s Included:

You have the flexibility to schedule an hourly handyman service, such as:

• Furniture installation.
• TV installation.
• Curtain hanging.
• Drilling.
• Door installation and repair.

Charges:

• A visit charge of AED 129 is applicable, covering the first hour of work (excluding materials cost).
• A fee of AED 65 will be charged for every additional 30 minutes of service after the first hour.
• Canceling the booking within 2 hours of the appointment start time will incur a 100% service fee
• If a client needs a quote for additional work but decides not to proceed, a 50% visit charge is applied.
• A 30-minute charge will apply if the service is not utilized.

Materials:

• Additional materials required, such as fittings or cables, will be subject to separate charges, excluding the booking amount.
• The procurement of materials is subject to local market availability and may take 2-3 days.
• If the parts are not available, the booking amount will not be refunded.

Permits & Cancellation:

• Sundays and Public Holidays: Permits must be arranged by the customers, especially for drilling holes.
• Monday to Saturday after 5pm: Permission should be arranged by the customers.
• Full property access is required for all jobs. The service fee is non-refundable if the professional is unable to proceed due to permit issues.
• Canceling the booking within 2 hours of the appointment start time will incur a 100% service fee

Upon your approval, they will begin the work.
A separate quote will be provided for any additional materials.

• Once they grasp your needs, they’ll proceed with the installation, offering insights to improve your viewing or listening experience.
• Please do mention size of TV screen in our instructions section
