Collecting your shoes within the selected booking time, with a 2-hour arrival window. You can leave your items at the door for collection if needed.

Inspecting your shoes for any pre-existing defects and assessing the cleaning scope. If a price adjustment is needed due to additional work, our team will contact you for approval before updating the booking details to match the services required.

Cleaning your shoes entirely by hand, using the most appropriate techniques and specialized cleaning materials.

Drying your shoes, which may take up to 5 days depending on the material. Some items might require longer due to extended drying time.

Delivering your fresh and clean shoes right to your doorstep once they are completely dry.

This is a basic cleaning service, no restoration included.

What is the delivery fee?

Can all stains be removed?

We cannot guarantee the removal of certain stains like wine, coffee, blood, oil/grease, and paint, or address material/dye bleeding and pre-existing damage. We reserve the right to refuse cleaning for shoes that may be unsuitable for our services. We are not responsible for any damage to non-cleanable items.

What if an item is misplaced or damaged?

If an item is misplaced or damaged, we offer compensation up to 5 times the cleaning charge, provided a complaint is made within 24 hours of delivery with the original receipt and proof of payment. Compensation is based on the following values:

75% if purchased within 30 days
50% if purchased 31-120 days ago
25% if purchased over a year ago
Items become the property of the service provider if compensation is accepted and will not be returned.

Will my shoes be repaired?

No repairs will be carried out, as this is a dedicated shoe-cleaning service.
