Service Description

• Our specialized professionals will clean all your sneakers by hand with quality materials to have them look as good as new.
• This is a delicate hand wash process to make sure the sneaker material remains intact while all the dust and stains are removed.
• Drying time can be up to 72 hours or more as we pay attention to detail and care for your beloved kicks.
• Operational days are Monday to Friday only. Shoes picked up on Thursday will be delivered on Monday after the completion of the drying process.

How it works

1. Pick-up:

After you confirm your booking, our professional will collect your sneakers and handle them with utmost care right from the start till the end to ensure that you have an immaculate pair upon delivery.

Please don’t forget to mention on the bag or in the comment box if you have any special instructions for us!

2. At the workshop:

Our experts know what’s best for each sneaker fabric! After thoroughly inspecting your items, our team might reach out to you to notify you of any defects with your sneakers before they begin the process.

Your shoes will then be cleaned by our highly skilled experts and dried using non-abrasive equipment.

3. Drop-off:

Your sneakers will be delivered to you once they are completely dry. This may take up to 72 hours.

1. What are our delivery fees?

Pick-up and delivery are free of charge!

2. Can I book any day of the week?

We are happy to serve you any day between Monday to Friday.

No pick-ups and drop-offs will be available on Saturday and Sunday.

3. Can all types of stains be removed?

Our service is specialized in shoe cleaning all kinds of stains.

However, the service provider reserves the right to refuse to clean any shoes and cannot guarantee the removal of stains caused by wine, coffee, blood, oil/grease & paint stains, material/dye bleeding) and pre-existing damage or defects.

The service provider is not responsible for any damage to any non-cleanable items.

4. What if an item is misplaced or damaged?

We are happy to compensate 3 times the charge for shoe cleaning regardless of brand or condition, with an original receipt and proof of payment, the replacement value of the shoes is as follows:

– 75% if purchased under 30 days.
– 50% from 31-120 days of purchase.
– 25% after 1 year of purchase.

Should payment for this occur, the items will become the property the service provides and will not be returned to the customer.

The service provider is not liable for reimbursing new items purchased by the customer to replace lost or damaged items. We shall have no obligation to refund any amount paid by the customer, but if it may choose to do so in its sole and absolute discretion.

5. Will my shoes be repaired?

This is a dedicated shoe-cleaning service. No repair will be carried out.
