What’s Included:

• Our general pest control service covers common pests like ants, cockroaches, and spiders. Our experts will conduct an inspection, identify the problem, and provide an initial treatment with Dubai Municipality-approved chemicals.

Pre-Treatment Preparations:

• Empty kitchens, bathrooms, and living spaces for easy access.
• Secure food, utensils, and pet items.
• Vacate premises along with pets during and after treatment.
• Ensure access for our technicians during the treatment.

Post-Treatment Precautions:

• Leave premises for 3-4 hours after treatment.
• Air out the home for at least 30 minutes upon return.
• Do not clean treated surfaces for at least a week.
• Keep the home clean and store food properly.
• Schedule regular follow ups to maintain a pest free home.
• Seal cracks and gaps to prevent re-entry.
• Allow 2 weeks for the treatment to take full effect.
• Free follow up after 2 weeks if the infestation persists.

Permits & Cancellation:

• Full property access is required for all jobs. The service fee is non-refundable if the professional is unable to proceed due to permit issues.
• Canceling your booking within 2 hours before the appointment start time will incur a charge of 50% of the total booking value.
