Charges:

• A visit charge of AED 119 is applicable, covering the first hour of work (excluding materials cost).
• A fee of AED 60 will be charged for every additional 30 minutes of service after the first hour.
• If a client requests a quote for additional work but decides not to proceed, a 50% visit charge will be applied.
• Canceling the booking within 2 hours of the appointment start time will incur a 100% service fee.
• A 30-minute charge will apply if the service is not utilized.
• Assembly of heavy furniture may require additional time and manpower.

Materials:

• Additional materials required, such as fittings or cables, will be subject to separate charges, excluding the booking amount.
• The procurement of materials is subject to local market availability and may take 2-3 days.
• If the parts are not available, the booking amount will not be refunded.

Permits & Cancellation:

• Sundays and Public Holidays: Permits must be arranged by the customers, especially for drilling holes.
• Monday to Saturday after 5pm: Permissions should be arranged by the customers.
• Full property access is required for all jobs. The service fee is non-refundable if the professional is unable to proceed due to permit issues.
• Canceling the booking within 2 hours of the appointment start time will incur a 100%e service fee.

Mounting and electrical work for your TV (Up to 55″) and Speaker Systems.

How It Works:

• Our skilled TV installation experts will arrive fully equipped. Let us know beforehand if a ladder is needed.
• Once they grasp your needs, they’ll proceed with the installation, offering insights to improve your viewing or listening experience.
