What’s Included:

Installing and/or fixing bathroom fixtures.

How It Works:

Our skilled professionals will visit to understand your needs and advise on any complications or extra materials required.
Upon your approval, they’ll get started on the work.

Charges:

A visit charge of AED 129 is applicable, covering the first hour of work (excluding materials cost).
A fee of AED 65 will be charged for every additional 30 minutes of service after the first hour.
If a client requests a quote for additional work but decides not to proceed, a 50% visit charge will be applied.
Canceling the booking within 2 hours of the appointment start time will incur a 30-minute service fee.
A 30-minute charge will apply if the service is not utilized.
Any extra materials required will be charged separately.

Materials:

Additional materials required, such as fittings or cables, will be subject to separate charges, excluding the booking amount.
The procurement of materials is subject to local market availability and may take 2-3 days.
If the parts are not available, the booking amount will not be refunded.

Permits & Cancellation:

Sundays and Public Holidays: Permits must be arranged by the customers, especially for drilling holes.
Monday to Saturday after 5pm: Permissions should be arranged by the customers.
Full property access is required for all jobs. The service fee is non-refundable if the professional is unable to proceed due to permit issues.
If you cancel your booking within 2 hours before the appointment start time, 50% of the total booking value will be charged.

What’s Excluded:

• Procuring parts and materials.
• Replacing water pumps and pressure kits.
• Replacing water heaters.
• Investigating underground leakages.
• Repairing concealed piping.
• Addressing any construction defect.
